OEM roof rack brackets

Ordered an OEM roof rack kit from Salinas Toyota, got the crossbars and side rails. No brackets or hardware. Anybody know somewhere I can purchase these items? Thanks in advance!

 

Ummmm yeah, you need to go back to the dealer and ask where the install parts are. Are you sure they’re not taped in the box or to the rail? It’s just a few metal tabs n screws. PS- our silicone around the screws when installing so they don’t leak later.

 

I pulled everything out. No brackets or anything.

 

That happened to me with my side steps....the box only contained the steps. The mounting brackets n bolts were missing. Boxes get ripped and parts fall out. But not from a dealer!

 

Boxes were actually in perfect shape. No tears anywhere in the tape.

 

Everything in the lower left is what I need.

Contact the dealer, it should come with everything needed included in the box. Unless if you bought the rail kit RH and LH, which only comes with the rails them selves.

 

So did you ever get the hardware to mount the rack? I’m on my second OEM rack delivered with no hardware.
