    looks great!!!! just curious, when you tighten down the mounting bolts, how much did you let the rubber seals bulge or flatten? on my first roof rack i tighten it til it bulged out the sides and practically flat under the bracket. gettin ready to put one on my new baby.

    I only have a "larger" torque wrench...so it doesn't read to the lower foot/lbs...I did go until the seals were bulging out...

    I have nothing off hand that I need to haul...but I do have a couple sport bikes that I will be hauling...I already did the D ring mod...so they are just in case I need more room to tie something down and I really do like the look (I know some people aren't into roof racks). You never know when you will need some more room!
