I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt in the "I've been stiffed" thread but it's clear he's being a POS.

All evidence suggests that he shipped it today after the shitstorm, which is why it's not in UPS's system anymore. Either that or he completely made up a tracking number.

And the fact he says there will be no refund because "it's already shipped" is total bullshit. Bacon asked for a refund weeks ago. The package was nowhere near shipped at that point.

Whether or not the intention was to scam, I hope the mods take care of the seller and IP permaban him. TW doesn't need people who are not stand up kind of folks.

 

I would contact paypal, & a mod

Refuse the shipment when it arrive or just return it. Since it took way to long for it to be shipped and now you no longer needed.

Call paypal and explained the situation then return the package and call paypal again. He shipped but that does not mean you cannot get a refund due to shipping being way to long. Passed your reason of buying it in the first place.
