I've searched a lot and I can't seem to find the part # for the OEM heated seat switch. Also, a picture of this part would be nice as I'm curious how many settings it has. I'm getting seat cover s from Clazzio and they show one "specific" to 2016+ Toyotas but it is has green illumination and I want something closer to the factory ice blue. Also, I assume that my TRD Sport is factory wired to add heated seats with some sockets ready to plug into. That would be too easy and I'm sure it would have come up in one of my searches. Thanks.

What does the "green" switch look like? The OEM lighting for the heater is a bar of three orange LEDs.

Maybe you could swap out the green LED for an ice blue one? It's not that hard, I did it for a dash switch.

You would need to do some retrofitting to make it work as the connections are different. You may already have the wiring in the truck which you could cut and splice. I ended up picking up aftermarket ones which sounds like you have. May need to pull the less or try and retrofit. the stock switches are $$$$$ though. $45-$50 each.

Where did you source your ice blue LEDs from? I just ordered about 300 from Amazon but that’s always a crap shoot.

I recently installed this kit in my 2017. The buttons are a knock off of the OEM 2014 Rav4 Buttons. They illuminate a blue that is close to the dash lights but brighter. The color matches much better in person than the picture makes it look. I may try and modify them to match the dash brightness better in the future but for now this works.

Right here - Treedix LED assortment for 8 bucks. "Ice Blue" is a hard to find color! The Treedix is a 5mm assortment, I had to go to Ali Express for the 3mm ones. Took 3 months, but luckily the 5mm fit so by the time they showed the went in to my LED drawer. :)

Perfect. I have a bunch of 1/4 resistors as well... we’ll see how this project turns out.

For the ice blue you might want to go with 10k ohm, that will reduce the brightness down to a more "OEM" level. The ones you see in the pic are too low and the LED too bright. I don't mind bright for the ON indicator but the ambient lighting needs to be toned down.

    Just my $0.02!

Are you saying to replace those 4.7k resistors with 10k? Or add the 10k in series? I'm a big fan of OEM look. I don't like how most aftermarket buttons don't have an OEM color option.

I too use this style in a lot of applications, whereas boat retrofits are popular in my camp. They get walked on, stepped on, wrestled on, sat on, kneed upon, and then sat on some more. These carbon pads are tough as nails and relatively inexpensive. One can find the same thing a little less expensive if you click around on Scamazon.

NVM? If the backlight to the graphic is blue and the settings are orange which is fine. Assume it's some sort of bar graph. Maybe you could take a picture and tell me where you got it from.

Is there different heated seat switches for the auto climate control vs the manual in the '19 like there is in the '16/'17?

I could be wrong but I believe all the packages that included the heated seats also included the dual zone climate control. At least that is how I remember it when I purchased my 17'. Which makes since because the dual zone display is integrated with the heated seat setting.

Here is what the 3rd gen Tacoma factory switches look like.
