The appearance is an "eye of the beholder" thing and debatable, but the build quality is very solid, well thought out, and OEM quality. If I had one minor complaint, I would want the pins or latches to be adjustable so I could tighten it up a little, but that would probably reduce the lifespan of the rubber seals. The back panel is a little loose, but I think that is intentional so it can give a little when the tailgate closes into it. You can't lift it far enough to get a hand in there, much less get to the release latch.

Anyone have a set of those bed rail covers for a truck that had the tonneau cover on it that they want to sell or maybe swap for the non-tonneau cover rail covers.

Push down pretty firm on the back corners, it will lock it down tight, not allowing for much more than a few millimeters of play ;). Just found that out recently myself.

-just now realized this thread is 2 years old, whoops.

My 2020 looks exactly like that with the oem tonneau off...my question is ...are the deck rails lowered for oem tonneau...I'm looking to lose the tonneau and install a rack using the deck rails...trying to figure out my options
