If you use your stock springs and then compress them with 5100s, it will ride like a chuck wagon. Stock springs are not meant to be compressed. and if you lift the truck, depending on how worn out your rear springs are. you will be nose high. You will either need 1inch blocks (UGH) or an Add a lead (band aid on already worn out springs) or new rear springs as well.
as far as getting a "package" there are vendors on here that would help @HeadStrong Off-Road and they can help you dial in exactly what you need.
the lift or no lift on your truck, measure from the ground to the lower part of your fender opening and tell us what they are. For example, ground to front is 29" and ground to rear is 30" or whatever measurement you get. My truck has 3rd gen Off Road take offs and it lifts the front end about an inch and my measurements are 34 3/4 in front and 36 in rearunnamed.jpg
