Hello, maybe someone will have an idea on this.

My 2015 base model 4 cyl 4x4 is completely stock.

It came with wheels in the attached picture. I read that these have "N/A" offset. Maybe that means none. They are painted steel and already rusting, which is terrible. OE Part Number: 42601AD040, 42601AD041. Very poorly finished at the factory.

I have a chance to trade for [D], which seem to be nicer alloy wheels that were on some packages. I guess they are also painted but at least they wouldn't rust as bad. The offset on these is 30mm positive.
    OE Part Number: 42611AD030, 42611AD031

On a stock truck with those wheels are there spacers used? Would I have to use spacers to compensate for 30mm offset? I'm assuming that these would work since they were options. The more I read the more complicated it gets. Maybe someone out there has made this change.

    Thanks!

Sorry it took my "B" to mean bold. My truck has those "B" wheels currently.

There are no spacers used and you won't need them with a stock tire size. But you will have to do something about your tmps either not trade the sensors or get the ones in the new wheels reprogrammed to your tmps module. You guys will need to swap lug nuts.

The offset on the steel wheels is listed as not available because on aluminum wheels all the specs are usually on the back side of the spokes as part of the casting mould and that isn't an option on steel wheels so we don't usually know what their offset is.

Great points. Didn't even think about the lug nuts being different. I appreciate it.

The alloys are way better. Get them.

The ones you have circled are everywhere and for good reason, it's a good quality wheel from the factory.

I found a set of oem alloys and painted them with graphite duplicolor wheel paint. I have done my FJ40 slotted mags and rollcage in it and the color works well against different paint. Still need to do the caps.

I should add- I used the steel wheels you have circled originally from my 1st gen '96 Tacoma until I painted the alloys and both work without modification (for 265/75r16 KO2s). I was up on some traily roads with washouts, ditches and decent size rocks and they didn't rub. (suspension will be coming down the road for a little more clearance and extra load)
