Lets just say around 500.00 after shipping. Thats just rough, it might be cheaper though so you'll have $ left over, rates change everyday almost on metals too. I can ship anywhere in Con US for 100.00 flat rate, so that would make the bumper 400.00. Thats just a rough estimate that will be intro price for any Tacomaworld member, price will go up after a group buy. After that it will be estimated around 100-150.00 extra after the group buy ends. It's pretty much free labor at first. The bumpers would be worth 800.00 ea if I charged my rate. They will take about 2-3 hours to tig weld each by myself w/a custom made jig, not to mention the millscale I will remove for awesome penetration, powdercoat and a nice skid thats brushed. I take my time and put my heart into all my work. Any fasteners will be 303 grade stainless steel.:oldglory:

The ends of the bumper should have that tubing extend like that in a way. It would help with partial side impact or the bumper and frame could get mangled. We're on the same page.

@Luv my yota Would there be any price difference without powder coat? I’d like to paint it myself if that’s possible

Also very excited for this. You’re in Cali right? Any way to just pick up the bumper and save some cash?

Yes, I'm in So Cal, Palmdale. You can pick it up when done, if you want, as it will save you 100 doll-hairs. The shipping co is 100.00 flat rate if you're shipping to next door or accross the US so any SoCal guys you could save some $.

That's cool by me, the powdercoat is done by my friend Brett though and he really hooks me up. I am not marking up the powdercoat since this is initially a group buy. The uncoated would look nice showing off the tig welding art. I could also do brushed and powdercoat clear, it would never rust. When I get the coating prices I'll let you know and if not coated, it will come oiled as surface rust happens fast, you would only need a bottle of acetone for 2.00 to clean it if you're going to paint it.

@Luv my yota That sounds awesome man. I’d like to run it bare for a while and decide if I want it cleared or painted black. The raw look with those tig welds would look dope

Mines weld on and custom, I have to say though they're tough as hell. I got into a smallish accident with mine it bent in a little but completely totaled the other persons car. All I have to do is pull it back out with a cumalong. Very tough, look badass and look super nice with long travel builds, my trucks going through growing pains right now but I'm planning on LT for this summer. Also perks are awesome approach angle and it's one less area you have to worry about tire rubbing. 495 is a really good deal just make sure it's high quality material that it's constructed of.

My youtube if you're interested in my build https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiqZHFVc-wXcJo7A1rpUIdA

I'm all for that idea! His bumper is exactly the look im going for with my truck, im loving the baja look but its just overkill for only a mid travel build
