Just some 35% tint to match the rears and some 285/70/17 Falkens…
Titanium might be a little overkill, and even at that, still a tad overpriced.

Here's what they released about the one I bought for $79....304 stainless steel.

So what, what does "titanium" do for you in regards to the exhaust...
Then, is it truly what they say it is...
My personal thoughts, theyre on crack asking what they ask for their products....
They will NEVER get a dime from me....

Yeah I mean if 95% of your OEM exhaust is 304 Stainless, why get a Titanium tip (especially when you can't even see it unless you crawl underneath)? I'll take the $79 tip any day of the week. I think those $249 deals were preying on those who had just bought one and had no other options being the truck was so new...

Titanium is definitely overkill and yes 100% it is still overpriced.

Titanium will do two things for you, weight savings and corrosion resistance (technically heat resistance as well which also doesn’t apply). Neither are really a huge deal in this specific instance which is why I do agree with you both.

My guess is they’re marketing to people who are not as logical as us.

I put mine on about two weeks ago. Slight sound change on startup since its's cut off right under the back seat instead of 6 ft back out the bumper. I also put their intake on the same night and that's where the sound changed a bit. I am enjoying both so far.

Yeah from what I’ve read and heard on video, it’s barely louder. One guy actually used a decibel meter to measure before and after and it was a negligible difference (which I’m happy about). I put a K&N filter in mine and unbelievably I can get up to 25 mpg on the highway if I keep speeds 62-63 MPH.

    Every little bit helps…

I had the TRD filter then bought the AFE pro dry s then went to this sxth element intake and the turbo sounds are very noticeable. For anyone who buys the trail tip you only need to jack up the drivers side at the back on the high jack point. I saw in some videos that people removed their spare tire to get the piping out there is no need for that.

well the SR 71 was built out of titanium. And it was basically the fastest airplane ever.

So this gets you .00002% of the way there.

Should your Tacoma re-enter the earth's atmosphere, the exhaust will not burn up.

Let's see all the stainless steel cheapskates say that.
