Pretty sure TONS of people would flock to Toyota for a manual DCLB with locker. Can we petition them to do it or something? I'd be all over a truck with all of the above.

Wow 1 foot is WAY WAY longer...

Wouldn't you be better off with a 4runner/SUV or single cab truck if you were really trying to be the Offroad Boss?

Aren't Trucks main function to carry stuff?

Just saying, I am sure ANY taco will do better than all these X-overs, etc.. in the grand scheme of things..

Maybe for the really hardcore off roader/rock crawler that 1 foot is gonna matter (which if that's true, they probably have a jeep that's even shorter), but for everyone else (who is definitely the majority) that 1 foot is not going to make that big of a difference.
And if you think the DCLB is the length of a bus.... Then you've got some serious measurement problems.

And as far as payload... wow, those 65 lbs are going to break my truck if I put them on... I don't think so. I'm sure we can haul just the same amounts no problems

That's why I have the sport AC. A foot shorter and I get the bed volume. I just want that damn locker

That's also factory built... Most people on here have messed with their suspension which means payload capability is different.
Either way, you're still driving a Tacoma. Why piss on another Tacoma driver?

A lot of the guys in the PNW with DCLBs have identical dents on the right rear bedside.... the DCSB guys don't.... :D
