I am likely going to camp in Anza Borrego early April for a photo expedition with family. Plus had to shell out 1k to fix the BMW, so I have to chill for a while.

Its a pretty sick ride.. It tops out at 54 mph on the street. (I was racing Mario's rock crawler down the street from the notches.. It was me, a buddy in a rzr 4, and another buddy in Polaris Ranger, flying down the street)

Hey bro how in Corral Canyon,, is it still all tore up?

I dont worry about rep points.. I only have 1 square.. But a hill is named after me.....:)

Hi... I hope you all are having a blast... we had a family situation that prevented us from going this morning... we may head out later and camp the night.

I know you guys are already out there, but for future reference:

To get to Ocotillo Wells from Oceanside, we head east on Hwy. 76 to Lake Henshaw, then to the other side to the San Felipe Valley (S-2) to Hwy. 78 (Scissors Crossing) and then east through The Narrows to Ocotillo Wells. From Escondido, go east through Valley Center then down to 76 (it is faster than 78 through Ramona and Julean).

Been going out there to Ocotillo Wells area four wheeling since high school (in Escondido) back in the 1970's!

I've been camping out there since i was a little kid and theres always jeeps and motorcycles going up through the canyon. a lot of people just come and park for the caves but if you keep going it gets into more 4x4 stuff. theres an OHV map of the area ill try and look it up so we can plan omething.

And hey how was ocotillo?? Gonna get some more pictures up later??
