Also bro, there are a set of fox coilovers for sale for on craigslist for your tacoma 300 bills. you can get them rebuilt and they'll be brand new.

 

ooo yeah took the truck in foir the 55,000 check up and the guy said the noise was prob from the "mud" covering my entire engine. when i get back from New mexico putting on billies!!!

 

What if i make it the weekend of the 9th, 10th, and 11th, would that work better for you? i just want everyone to be able to make it to this. Its gonna be 10 times better than Sunday We will most likely be camping in the Carrizzo Badlands Mud Caves Area. Theres a lot to do there, Especially the Diablo Drop Off which is Awesome!

I have driven in the water to the Carrizo stage station site in my '01 Tacoma a couple of times... also been to the Arroyo Tapiado mud caves... way up Split Mountain to the petroglyphs at Split Rock... but never down the Diablo Drop Off... What a great place!

 

Oh by far one of the most scenic trails ive ever been on for sure. Love camping out there as well

 

Hey Matt hows it going ? Naww, not off work today (well I am now,just got home) I'm working at Hoover High School off El Cajon Blvd. this week & start at 7:00 am instead of 6:00 am at Mar Vista High. Fuck dude, I'm beat lol........

 

Yeah, let'em rant @ me , its all good though, if they get too lippy I'll take them down a trail they can't get back from without 4wd & leave'em for triple AAA or some other towing company to the tune of many $$$ latter ( I think Fletcher Hills offroad recovery starts at about $ 500.00 for a simple extraction). j/k.........

 

Doug im tellin you man there is some good wheeling out at Truck haven.. And the notches go from fun and easy to extreme.. with outs before oall of it... And if people dont want to get in them they can sit on top and look out over them.. Its good wheelin fellas, all around that area.

 

I just checked out some vids on Truckhaven PJ, verrrry nice !! Definintely gonna check it out, but can't this weekend, tomorrow (Sat.) I'm putting on new 5100 Billies picking up after work & maybe a CB too & Sunday I think a quick trip to CC is in order, last time there I made 6 or 7 water crossings, & thanks for the heads up on the Fox coil overs though........
