Off-Roading with the windows down...............

I always wheel with them down, that way I can look out to see the placement of my wheel, and also hear if something breaks...Now when I am rolling through the desert or something that is not slow and technical, then I have them up.

 

My dumbass friend in his dodge did it. he had a bunch of water and mud all inside of his truck after and now his interior is done with.

generally always down so hear the truck and the terrain acting to your truck's weight...unless mudding, then UP! made that mistake once going through a 20foot mud pit and won't happen again! even when it's cold i try to keep them down and crank the heat...plus i like how my exhaust sounds

Mostly windows down unless it is to cold or going through water. My buddy who came with me one time (it was his first time) got little curious as we were going through water. Opened up window and started looking at the front tire. I wanted to give a little gas and tire spun. guess what,,, friend got his face washed with mud but his face shielded my interior.

 

I have always had them down... took a while to vacuum and clean the dust up though.

I normally go with the windows down unless i know im going to get in a hairy situation, i hate getting mud on my steering wheel and on the inside of the windshield. I also hate sand inside. so if im just cruising around the deer lease or just some trails where you dont go fast. Windows down

 

Windows down, I love getting out on the trails and enjoying the fresh air and nature. I put them up when I go though mud though

 

Hell I keep the windows up and I still get dust in the inside.

 

I had a 98 S10 Blazer I didn't care about and just always had the windows down because the A/C didn't actually work. Not much mud around here anyways, more sand, which is strange for my location..

 

Sounds like you have some flying rocks waiting to hit your face somewhere

 

Always down unless it's raining, allows you to lean out and get a better view of obstacles. I can vacuum and wipe stuff down when I get home.

when I had my ranger I took it up to a trail in azusa and was following about 15 other rangers. I had my window down cuz it was hotter than shit. After that, my cd player never worked. The dust was not a big deal to clean on the seats or on the dash, but electronics do not like dust... who woulda thought
