It's less Tacoma and more mod
I've worked in commercial kitchens before, this isnt even half as nasty. You should see where your food comes from in restaurants, you'd never eat out again... Even super nice ones hahaha

It was several years ago but I remember the head chef loosing his cigar in the Hot Sauce at a resturant I was working in. The same greasy spoon also dropped chicken on the nasty floors and then threw it back in the fryer to clean it before serving that to customers. I could go on and on. My favorite memory though was seeing a young girl at Burger King with a bad cold sneeze while packaging Whoppers and a big bogger landed on the sandwich she was wrapping. She didnt see it and put that out to serve. Yum! I prefer to eat at home.
This pandemic solidified that belief. I cant beleive how much extra money we have now for other things.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
LOL, some of you need to take a trip to Thailand, where you order rice and they start cooking plain rice in a wok then put a light above it to collect the bugs as they fly in. It's actually really good!

I worked at a deli/meat market in high school and a couple years after, saw a coworker of mine knicked the tip off his finger on the deli slicer while putting together an order, blood all over. He bandaged his hand, barely wiped down the slicer and finished the order.

That's just one of many, many stories I could recount from my 4 years working there. We put a lot of faith in the people that handle our food and a lot of is, well, misplaced

Now just imagine how bad it is if you're one of those people to "f*ck with the people who prepare your food"...

    Be nice, everyone.

Years ago some friends of mine and I went to a hole in the wall Mexican joint out in the desert on our way back from a trip. Was right before closing and they were obviously not too thrilled at us for being there. I ended up with the worst case of food poisoning (well, maybe 2nd worst case) of my life the next day.

    Coincidence? Maybe....probably not
