Got the first set today, via FedEx...called yesterday and the girl that answered gave me a tracking number for USPS. Not sure whatʻs going on, but at least theyʻre here. Waiting for the ones for the Taco...she said that theyʻll ship sometime this week and sheʻll email me the tracking.

 

I called monday..said they were shipping out then..it sounds like it did ship and it should get here tomorrow. They really need to get a system of auto emailing invoices and shipment info. Now I just called them to email me the tracking number and they like..it will get there tomorrow..lol SHUT UP I JUST WANT AN EMAIL!

 

No doubt. They definitely need to step into the future with some automation. Everytime I call, I get the same chick who always says, "It takes 3 -4 weeks. 3 - 4 weeks." Alright then.....and I wait....

 

Just got my seat covers with TRD Sport logo from FedEx.

 

Yea. I noticed the same. Don't know when...

 

By the way I placed my order March 19th.

 

To all those who have received and installed there covers. Do they have a strong odor of petroleum/neoprene?? My cover have a very strong smell still and they were install last weekend 4/6/12 Does anybody know how to get rid of it. I never received my free care kit I ordered first and second row I got the free console cover but no care kit. I emailed them and haven't received a reply yet.

 

I thought it was the free care kit OR the free console cover...

I have had the rear seats on for more than 6 months, and the smell has never bothered me. But I am a kayaker, so I'm used to neoprene...

I know some people have let the covers air for a few days in their garage before putting them on, I guess it helped a bit.

You get a free console or care kit for each row of covers you order. so if you order two rows. that is one of each.

 

Ah, I missed that detail, I thought it was per order.

Woot! Mine's shipping out next week!

 

I just spoke with them about my order and they should ship next Tues. Then 15 minutes later they called me to ask for pics of my interior so the order would be correct the first time. Seems suspicious to me

 

Just received an email. A signature is required. Do you guys have the same from FedEx? Dam. I paid $30 for shipping and now I won't be home to receive the package. They are like 35 miles away

 

they just left mine at the door, no sig. just leave a note telling them to leave it.

 

^^^Received mine friday afternoon the same way! Immediately got started installing them and I must say that it is a purchase I should have made several group buys ago. My only complaint is how much dog hair sticks to them, but considering I got them in large part to protect my seats from my pup, it isn't really a complaint! Very happy with them!

 

I got mine the other day. They are very nice.
