Miniaturize EVERYTHING in his office. If you can buy it/build it. Tiny desk, chair, computer, cabinets, coffe mug... removing and hiding all his normal stuff of course. If its a cubicle u can go a step further and cover the outside walls with cardboard and make a roof out of cardbard and paint it to look like a doll house, having a mini door also of course.

Replace any phone numbers he has written down with pizza joints and phone sex numbers. Oh and if you can get away with it, hire a male stripper and have him waiting when the co-worker walks in. Also list his job in the classifieds, leave his phone number and make sure the requirements are low and pay is high.

We can get away with a lot of things, but the male stripper might be pushing it.

One suggestion-move his entire cubicle (he has a cubicle?) and it's contents, and reassemble his workspace outside somewhere. Yes,this should probably be done shortly before his return, so that his entire office doesn't get jacked:D

Good to know that you can still have fun in this economy. Things are so tight for me, we cant even think about doing ANY kind of prank or we'd be out the door in a heartbeat. We watch the tv show The Office and so many times I have wished I could pull some of the pranks they pull on there.

One of my favorites from The Office, move his entire desk/cubicle to the bathroom leaving the cords from his area leading into the bathroom where his entire desk is setup just as he keeps it.

Not really an office one, but after christmas put an ad in the paper for buying used christmas trees real or fake paying top dollar. Use his office number cell number and home number. Did this to my friend he had to change his home and cell number It was pretty funny he never knew we did it..

    UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so my engineer went home to Albania and came home without us messing with his office, but all is not lost.

While getting material ideas ready we talked with one of our admin who let us know that our general manager was going on a three week vacation to Europe. The best part is that he used to be my boss when he first started with the company four years ago. The "2 week" rule was originally his. His idea is that if we can do without you for two weeks then we really don't need you. That's a little rough, but it's how he thinks. Well, the day has come to return the favor.

I purchased the FOAM IT 1202 class 1 open cell foam kit from here.

    https://www.sprayfoamdirect.com/pro...p.browse&category_id=12&option=com_virtuemart

The kit will cover 1200 sq. ft of his office in one inch of foam. :D

The plan is to cover the walls, floor, and furniture in black plastic drop cloth and seal it with packing tape. We'll then coat everything, excluding the ceiling, in foam. This is going to be the biggest prank we've pulled. I even have financial backing from one of our affiliates.

Don't worry, pictures and video will be coming. More than likely we'll get started next week.

Put a bunch of rattlesnakes in his desk drawers. Turn the heat up in the office, so the snakes are nice and active. Hide cameras around his work area, and wait for hilarity to ensue!

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
Rig desk drawer with can air and confetti. Opening the drawer activates the canned air and sends confetti flying. Place pinhole cameras at two different angles to catch reaction.
