How much would you let them go for?

 

Nah, they were steel blocks. But I think he did say his dad made them. The center pins sheared and they popped out when axle wrapped.

 

They were actually poly they had no nipple built in and the nip from the truck just gouged them out. He said his dad made em and put em in like 10 years ago lol. What a lucky 10 years!!!! He had a full new set of leafs and blocks put on last week I think. He had some vibration after that though. @Nigs 97Taco did your driveshaft end up coming out ok?

 

I stand corrected then. They sounded metallic when Colson tossed on in the bed and I thought they has some shiny metal where the pins sheared. So much for my powers of observation, haha. Sorry, Rick, you were right.

 

Would have like to join you guys but my lift is sitting in the Garage and wheels are back ordered.. I do spend a lot of time in citrus during hunting season and was wondering if anyone was running the bfg ko2s out there and how they did in the sand and mud? Thanks

I dunno.....ive just never liked the way the KM2s looked personally. whenever I get a mud terrain tire, ill be getting the Toyo M/Ts...god do I love the way those sidewalls look lol

By now, everyone knows my opinion on BFGs so that's all I'mma say. (If you need more, just look at the title below my avatar. )

 

I can vouch for the toyos.. I had a set of 35s on my Silverado and they ran great on and off road.. But im not trying to put mud terrains on the taco

 

I have a set of 315/75r16 Toyo AT2s currently on at the moment and I love em

 

I'd like to ask again: is anyone missing their 265/70R16 Rugged Fail spare tire? On Saturday, after @Nigs 97Taco broke and @TuffTaco03 had to run him up to the parts store, I took some guys down to the caves and came back. It wasn't there when we went through on the way to the caves but it was laying in the middle of trail 14 when we came back. We passed Frank's group on trail 14 on the way to the caves, and I know Thorny Mike's group also went though while we were gone and Thorny Mike said the tire was there when they went through. I'm thinking it had to come from someone in Frank's group...either that or Billy was out there running trails, haha.

Anyway, I have the tire if someone is missing it.

 

Okay, it's come to my attention that the tire was there when Frank's group rolled through, so that leaves a fairly small window. It means it could have only come from someone in my group. Here's a series of likely suspects. If you're in one of these pictures, then check your spare tire...



edit: Damn, that's a lot of white Toyotas.

 

They are 16's with a rugged trail on it. Most likely from an off-road

 

I'm running the ko2's. I didn't do anything too crazy but they allowed me to stay in 2wd 99% of the time. The only time I had to drop it into 4wd was on the Saturday night run on the articulated part

 

I never put mine into 4 wheel drive...

 

Same here. Mine were great playing around. Clean very well.

 

Well I ended up in citrus last night because my brother just picked up a Cherokee and hadn't been yet so he asked me to go with him well anyways y'all remember this hole

Yeah it's not accessible now they stuck logs in both ends of it

It's right off of trail 13 but fwc rolled up on us while we where takeing pictures they just turned around and left without saying anything
