Official 2017 Supercross Thread

I just did some reading and you are right on his 2 yr contract till 2018. I thought I saw he was a free agent after 2017 moto-x. Not sure where I read that.

Based off of reading that new info to me, I say Gieco wants the 250 title, more than they think he can get the 450 in 2018....

 

I gotta save that and send it to my buddies. Can't wait for tomorrow's race. 7pm pacific time right?

 

I hate the races on the west coast. Doesn't start till 10pm here on the east coast....

 

That sucks. Yeah you guys are up until 1am watching.

 

I record them, and watch Sunday evening. I just make sure to avoid this thread and Instagram as I follow a bunch of riders. I'm not staying up to watch.

 

I usually try to watch but fall asleep. But I always DVR as a safety net, then watch the next day lol.

 

DVR... You can fast forward all the commercials and any time Ralph Sheheen attempts to say anything intelligent (Spoiler: not gonna happen).

 

The track in Seattle looks like moon dirt. Combination of ice, snow, & mud.

 

That! was a helluva race. Watching TD come from last, Tomac with his speed & pushing hard, CWebb rode his ass off, and MM got the win. Awesome track, major ruts and rocks.

Would watcha gain.

Good race and very nasty track. Everyone was getting their butts kicked.

Good night of racing. I thought I was going to hate the track but it was actually pretty sweet. That was pretty exciting, both 250 & 450. RD rode hard, but I feel like that was all it took to do him in. At least the points race is still close. Should be good the rest of the way.

Also, Plessinger rode like a total badass. Tripling that section was so sweet. Congrats to him.

And finally, Reed's response to everything was pretty lame. I saw his other interview on Vital, which was a bit more in-depth. I felt like it was weak. But it is what it is at this point. I'm over it. Still a Reed fan but he still annoys me at times.

Wow what an epic ride from Tomac this weekend... still pulling for Dungey but gotta give credit where it's due, dude is absolutely on fire. Stoked for Hill clinching the 250W title... I loved that pass in the final corner over Davalos!

Not sure wtf is going on with my cable company, but i tried to watch it Saturday night and FS1 was showing UFC. So I looked forward, and set it record on Sunday, same damn thing. Hopefully ill get it taped tonight and can check it out.

Anyone else have that issue?

 

Yup.....the first race that was shown was heat 1 of the 450's...

 

It was on fs2 and the replay didnt happen til late Sunday. Wish it was on one channel.

When the show before SX goes long, they usually start it on another channel then switch back. I don't get FS2 but I was at my Moms house that evening so I got to catch it. And you should know this thread is always a spoiler! Don't check in here til you watch the races... Lol
