Flip bikes and no way Tomac finishes that close to Dungey in points. The damn Kawasaki is a fast bike. Dungey won the championship on a slower bike.

I disagree. How many Kawis had a chance to win any given day? Tomac, and on a rare night maybe Grant could be near a podium. On the KTM's you had far lower level guys such as Bagget and Millsaps regularly in the top riders. Then Dungey, Marvin, Anderson, and on occasion Wilson. KTM's seem to allow the lower riders to get up there.

Right now there are no Supercross riders that make you go wow on a bike. The line up is fairly equal
across the starting gate. In times like this the bike and bike setup play way more of a role in wins.

I disagree. You could put roczen or Tomac on pretty much any factory bike with their suspension dialed in and they would still be the class of the field. There's a big step down from a factory works bike but all of the factory support teams get the majority of the factory parts.

Not true. The KTM is a better bike, stock by a mile and the Factory bikes are as good as anything out right now. Not that the Kawi is bad, but there is a reason KTM/Husky is doing so well, across the board.

If he dominated the whole season he'd be the champ right now... :D

H may have won 9 races, but he was not very impressive early season when Riven was dominating the races.

I didn't say he would have beat Ken. Matter of fact I had Roczen to win it the last 2 years, that said, Tomac DOMINATED the season. You literally can not argue otherwise. If you try, you didn't watch the whole season. You can argue, points this and championship that. The races he won (for the most part) were runaways, Tomac and then those fighting for second. He had 3 bad races (and didn't score the points that Dungy did when he had a bad race).

I still think if Roczen makes a full recovery, he's better.

And for the record, I am on his nutsack, but it isn't obvious is it? :D

After the first 6 races Dungey had 29 points over Tomac. Hardly a "dominant" start to the season.

On a less controversial topic, who else hopes Juliana Daniell gets replaced next year as Miss Supercross? She's insanely hot but damn is she awkward in front of the camera. I really hated Dianna Dahlgren but at least she wasn't so awkward.

The only time I heard about it was that press conference when Dungey lost his points for the main race. We'll find out next year. The points system looks good to me. Couldn't catch on to what type of scoring they were talking about.

What ladies are in the race for Miss Supercross?

RD retired officially. That makes it a lot less exciting. Props to the guy for a good career though.

Not sure. Supposedly he had been considering it, since his neck injury. That once his contract was up at the end of this year (Nationals) that he just wouldn't re-sign and hang it up, then. But I guess there was some kind of clause that if he won the SX title in his last 2 years, then he could opt out early, if he wanted (dunno how true that is but it would make sense). But there were rumblings during this past SX season that KRoc's injury was weighing on Dungey. He wanted to step away from the sport with his health etc. Weird this is, we did designs for his merch for the Nationals, which he saw and approved). So not sure when he actually decided all of that. I assume it was a last minute thing.
