Thanks for confirming that I proved you can launch from one foot....like every single human who has tried or succeeded in dunking a basketball. (In the middle of that "step", one foot is going up and one is going down...btw, until it hits the floor and propels or launches the individual connected to said foot upward.)

I've not said or done anything wrong...so you're actually right on that.

Fact of the matter is, the player played that specific play incorrectly. Should have gone for the ball, not the QB. Would have avoided all of this.

I honestly couldn't care less about his playing status. He made the wrong play.

I expect Coach O to train the next man up and he should be able to at least hold water.

regardless of the White targeting all, it seems many forget this portion of the rule:

• Lowering the head before attacking by initiating forcible contact with the crown of the helmet

it doesn't mention that the helmet has to hit head/neck area. crown consists of any area basically from forehead to top of helmet.
