I'd love to watch UCF get trucked by La State. I'd be all in on that game (until halftime when UCF would be down by 4 TDs and it would get boring).

I think La State ends up 5 or 6 in the final ranking before the playoffs. I don't know how that would work with the big bowls... Would the SECC loser get the Sugar or would La State?

 

I don't care who UCF gets matched up against, I want them to get skull dragged by whoever it is! I actually pulled for them last year against the barn strictly because I wanted to see the barn lose. But now that UCF thinks they belong in anything other than the bitch conference(AAC) that they are in, I would be the biggest LSU fan on the planet if they played them in a NY6 bowl! They are the Boise State of this era except they cant even claim they played a (real) power 5 team(UNC, Pitt are jokes) in the regular season like BSU could.

 

I am curious about that situation too. Don't the bowls sort of "choose" who they want to an extent? I want to say it's the higher ranked team that goes, and LSU would obviously offer a large financial boost to the Sugar Bowl since so many fans could attend then. That's a dang home game for them lol

 

oh I also agree I think LSU ends up 5th if they don't lose again. They would need the 6 1-loss teams around them to all lose in order to make it in I believe.

 

Although I hope UCF get destroyed by whoever they play, I think Lsu deserves a Lot better competition

Yeh. Pretty much every game this year, I try to watch All SEC. They better than some are giving them credit. Yall forget about the hype before the Bleauxout. I know it wasnt hype for the O but LSU is only 7-2 and shouldnt have any problem with being 10-2 by end of season. We need good showing against better teams in the Bowls. I'm not taking anything away from UCF, for the teams they play, they have a great record. BUT, the only reason they are where they are is because of their PR department.

 

How do you think a team with #103 of 129 offense & #40 defense deserves top 10?

 

when did I say they deserved it? though the 3 wins over currently ranked teams looks pretty good.

The large bowls have conference tie ins that don't allow a lot of leeway, but I don't know the rules. For the Sugar, it's (I think) the highest-rated SEC team that isn't headed to a playoff game.
