He actually got off lighter than I expected. He kept his job. Doesn’t suck too bad.

 

Too much $$$/success involved to fire him. Should have at least suspended him last 3 games. Sotmehing that would actually be punishment.

 

I’m not a UM fan. But I’m an even bigger non-OSU fan.

What I want to know is how the OSU scandal with the athletic doctor named Richard Strauss is not making more national news? Maybe they are doing a thorough investigation but it seems like a sports scandal of that magnitude would get a lot more news.

LMAO 3 games for Urban Meyer! Hell ex OSU players (Terrell Pryor) got 5 games for trading memorabilia for tattoos!

 

My team (Louisville) probably going to have a rough year. Schedule tougher than normal and that first game, hoping our QB situation is different than FSU's after their first game last year

 

Louisville receivers seem to think differently than you do.

 

Well maybe they know more then me, but WRs are irrelevant if the QB can't get the ball out. Also, don't really understand why all the talking right now. They haven't proven anything.

Plus they were all pretty suspect at times last year.

I never understand the poking of the beast either. But in this case I highly doubt it would matter. I'm seeing 6-6 at best right now unless they show me something early. Bama, fsu, Clemson, are pretty much automatic Ls

I heard on the local sports radio yesterday that Petrino pretty much guaranteed a win over Bama. In all fairness the talk the way they put it was to the team and not to media so I guess I can understand that you have to try to convince the team and give them hope and confidence.

 

As a bama fan I cannot agree with that...

 

Yeah. It was at the local luncheon. Seems like it was to get the whole team to believe. Not necessarily to guarantee a win but to get the team to believe that they can and will win. If they don't believe then they really have zero chance. But I still wish they would keep that within the team and outside of the paper, media, etc.
