    Meh. That's employer dependent.

    My sister has her undergraduate degree from Montevallo, masters from UA, and a law degree from Georgetown. She beat out quite a lot of people for her public defender job in Arizona.

    UA is ranked #84 nationally for their education program. Athens State is #636. https://best-education-schools.com/alabama UA's education program is 10x more rigorous than what the state "requirement" is.


    Not everyone can go to Harvard Scotty. A top 30 law school will get you a job just about anywhere that doesn't specifically recruit Ivy League (Alabama is #27).

    rankings are somewhat unimportant though. so many of the best teachers I ever had went to Athens State.

    Not everything Alabama does is the best Trey.

    Hell I'd even go to a school of Law in Alabama before UA, for Law.

    they're better in your opinion. all my initial point was, Alabama isn't like "above and beyond" in this state in any educational department than another school.

    example: like everyone knows you go to Auburn or UAH for engineering in this state (unless medical engineering then UAB). for the choices you named to choose Alabama for (education, business, law) there are PLENTY of great choices in the state for those.
