Yea they did cuz they named it the "Saban Rule" unofficially. I wonder if there are caveats with that rule when there are 2 bye weeks within the season?

Is UGA off on any of the same weekends? Maybe the rule has to do with not having too many opponents off the week before they play a team when you're not also off. If the bye weeks line up for two of those, then it's only 3.

I say "only" like that's nothing... but I'd still be irritated.

 

Yeah LSU has 3 to deal with this year.

 

We always have bye week before florida, that may be why

 

and yeah, we have the bye before Tenn too so both of them line up.

 

I dont see much difference really.

IF Texas comes back, LSU will have attempted to schedule a decent opponent. (and will potentially have the hardest OOC schedule, minus aTm with Clemson...)


LOL, Tennessee has the first 5 weeks off next year.

I stated they all look similar, except for Tenn, in which they basically have the first 5 weeks off, and possibly LSU having a tough match up with Texas, iff they get turned around.

Other than that...OOC looks pretty weak for all SEC teams.
