Maryland being on that list is more surprising than anything. They’re truly awful recently. Be like BC making the cut next year.

 

Anyone know where to stream replays of yesterday’s games?

 

This weekend is the perfect reason why I have a love hate relationship with the Pac-12.

1. Why would you schedule a top 10 team to go on the road on a Friday night!?!? Your asking for them to lose.

2. Even though Stanford isn’t playing well this year they still put up a fight. I’m impressed by Oregon’s defense this year.

3. Cal won to ole miss on a very very very questionable call by Pac-12 refs in Mississippi (makes the Pac-12 refs look even worse then they already are)

4. ASU lost to Colorado (at home) who lost to f’in Air Force the week before

5. Washington creamed BYU who looked good after beating USC the week before.

6. #pac12afterdark rears it’s ugly head again. I mean I really like watching those crazy late games because there is always madness but at the same time it usually means the Pac-12 is eating it’s self from the inside out.

Who would have thought cal would be the only undefeated Pac-12 team and Cal and Oregon are the only teams left who don’t have a conference loss.

 

Man I’ve never seen such negativity after a top 10 win. I know I expected to win big because of our running game and their “weak” run defense. But they stepped up big and gave our run game fits although I do feel we shouldn’t have tried to be cute early and just pounded it right from the first snap. So our play calling could be at fault also.

But the point is we faced adversity and overcame it. That’s what great teams do. Every game can’t go as planned, that’s why you have to play the game. But that builds character and will make us better in the long run imo.

I’ve even seen people blaming Fromm. If Fromm hadn’t been there we’d have lost. He came up big when we needed him. He did make some throws that could’ve been huge but ND made plays in the secondary. Balls were in the hands of our receivers and their dbs were able to rip it away. Not Fromms fault.

That’s the problem with the internet, too many people that don’t know what they’re talking about out there sharing their opinions, and that goes beyond football.

 

When you have almost an entire fan base claim their team is elite and that the other team is not worthy to even be on the field with them, they have to come up with excuse as to why their team didn’t win 66-0.

Of course it can never be because the other team is actually good too. That doesn’t fit the narrative.

 

YouTube usually has some. And some condensed versions down to 40 mins.

Unless you have a streaming service

 

ESPN if you have access or want to pay $50 a year or $5 a month for their streaming service. I was thinking about paying since direct tv is having contract disputes with them.

 

Which is why I'm switching to Dish. They dont charge extra for sports.

 

And with dish you lose Fox sports south. Which means I’d lose my braves game. Seems like I get screwed no matter which way I go.

 

Thus my question to the GA fans

You’ll lose CBS. Unless they’ve worked it out since I dropped them.

 

My CBS affiliate is Gray Broadcasting... the local affiliate negotiates their own deal. Directv had beef with Nextstar... our ABC affiliate for weeks but magically worked something out the first Saturday of College football.

I’ll continue to be butthurt until we learn how to cover the damn tight end over the middle. Stop playing the soft ass zone. The middle of the field is wide open. All a TE has to do is run 5 yards, turn and catch the ball, and they can get another 5 because they’re a TE and will be running over a 210 lb S. That’s been a problem for the last 3 years.

 

My Nephew and I were sitting on the other side 15 yard line scoreboard end about half way up on the lower section. Had those seats for 7 years now. Parking was bitch.

 

I'm still pissed that I forgot to pick games until I'd already missed a few... I'd be around 96 or so right now. Dammit.
