I think Clemson will get embarrassed by anyone ranked in the top 6 right now. Bama still has some large test, LSU looms large and if OSU wins out it will be tough that a really good team will not get in.

On this one day and one day only the JETS have more fans than ever before.

 

Alabama's defense is young. Very young. That isn't an excuse, its and explanation.

They let UT run ALL OVER THEM.

Instead of the DB's actually playing defense, they seem to have opted for the "PI and whine" protocol, against two questionable QB's and ONE decent receiver. One guy. Nobody could lock him down? Really?

Alabama should be embarrassed. That is pathetic. Pruitt came with a great game plan and had the zebras not fucked up so much, Alabama may have an L.

The offense was anemic once Tua left. No passing game, a running game that is just now starting to look like something Iowa would put together.


If Tua isn't 100%, Alabama wont even compete with LSU, especially if Burrow has a normal game. If Burrow is lights out, you can expect he'll pick apart Alabama's secondary with ease.


I know Saban typically game plans well for LSU. I dont think he has the defensive players with enough experience to game plan properly for Burrow and those WR's. It just isnt there this year. They are young, indecisive and make a lot of mistakes. That's what we all expect from freshmen, especially in a Nick Saban defense.

Next year's defense will probably be a much different story, but so will the offense.
