I am so tired today I did not sleep a bit! I was crying all night because LSU fell to 2. Is this what it feels like to be ranked 4? or to lose to South Carolina with the most amazing defense in history nobody respects? it's tough...

edit: idk maybe playing clemson or osu in round 1 so you have ample prep time..

 

Think back, many moons ago, when LSU had the Heisman front runner. Had a pretty stout defense, and a stable of RB's.

I may be wrong, (although so far this season, I've been fairly accurate) but I think ol' Kirby Smart is gonna have something special dialed up defensively for LSU.

I'm not calling for a complete shut down. If Kirby can get an inkling of execution from his defense, LSU will not score at will.

 

it's easy to shut down a 1 dimensional team as LSU has pretty much always been...remember last year when LSU spanked Georgia's ass and both teams had primarily the same rosters?

You know when. Kirby owned LSU while at Alabama. And while I understand the different parameters, I do know that Kirby is special defensively. I have no clue what Jawga plans on doing offensively...lol. I think this will be LSU's biggest test on offense. It will be Burrow's time to shine.

 

I remember that game and after it the Tigers couldn’t get back to Baton Rouge because some Bama fan painted a 50 yard line on I-10.

I think OSU is going to be the team to beat this year. I fucking HATE blowhio state. Damn near every single one of their fans, too.

But they are ROLLING. (I do think they are getting more credit for their schedule than they deserve though.)

 

Idk, I think you'd rather have OSU or Clemson in Round 1 so you have lots of time to prepare and then the next week take on whoever else is also tired and on a short week. That being said...idk how any of those games would go honestly lol. LSU/Clemson, LSU/OSU, Clemson/OSU....I just know whoever the #4 team is doesn't seem to stand up to any of those 3 offensively...

 

I think OU is comparable, offensively.
I also think Alabama is still very dangerous offensively with Mac Jones. Also, Najee Harris seems to be building up quite a head of steam right now.
