so Mac Jones against Arkansas and Western Carolina shows how dangerous they are?

Alabama couldn't stop LSU, or outscore them with Tua...so...

OU depends on which one shows up, their defense is worse than LSU's so I don't see that being a matchup...

Yes/no because there is a 2 week gap between Semis and Championship so I doubt worn down and tired is a thing this year. Second, do you want more time to prepare for Clemson in the semis or do you want the likely win at 1 vs 4 and for sure make it to the championship? Either way, to me, the 2/3 matchup is the most riveting because Clemson has been there, has the experience, has the same stud O as last year, a great D again with and people are discounting them. It will never be said out loud, but you know behind the scenes, both LSU/OSU are jockeying for 1 so they are a lot more likely to reach the championship.

LSU got all they wanted from Alabama and Tua. And Alabama fucked up big time twice along with other mistakes. You know this, you just dont want to admit it.

OU's offense is just as explosive as LSU's if not more so. Their defense is all but nonexistent, so again, it would be a shootout (of which I expect LSU to win)

Alabama has typically benefited from the strength of conference.

B1G is Ohio State, and that's it, for both divisions. Ohio State is the Clemson of the B1G.

Bring up Wisconsin, they never finish.
Bring up Penn State, they never finish.
    Minnesota? Fluke
Nebraska, still hanging out with Texas.
Iowa, will never be dominant with 2 and 3 star talent handcuffed by a head coach that starts players based on seniority instead of talent.

Sure do. Last time LSU won by less than a touchdown, they crumbled when it mattered.

LSU and OU’s defenses are both bad. I wouldn’t know who would win, but I know Jalen Hurts is significantly better than Ole Miss’s QB that ran wild on LSU.

You’re also right about Fields. UGA messed that up, and Ohio State is crushing. They let PSU hang around, but they took care of business at the end of the day. I’m still holding on that they’re going to remain #1 and Clemson #3, and that’s your title game.

Doesn't matter. I like the Saban factor way more than the Burrow factor.

I'm seriously concerned about this weekend with A&M.

Not really concerned about a loss on the scoreboard because I don't see that happening....but I'm concerned for injuries or players getting suspended or whatever else could happen.

The LSU A&M game last year was so bad, tensions will be high and emotions will be running rampant, and I'm afraid even Coach O will try and pull a Saban and keep his starters in for too long as "revenge" and something bad will happen...

I also like Najee Harris and every single one of Alabama's receivers better than any other offensive players on LSU.

    You have one advantage....

I also think Alabama still has more talent offensively, with all the receivers and Najee Harris.

Defensively, Alabama is down. Way down. Pete Golding is doing what he can...with a very young, gutted defense.

As I said before the season started, this is your year to beat Alabama. LSU did it. Now it's Auburn's turn.

Next year wont be so bright for y'all.

agree fully. Other than OSU or a random Cinderella run, there isn't much there these days (or recent memory). Why Michigan always claims relevancy is strange. They haven't done crap since the 50's! '97 they don't deserve the split title and they know it :D

next year doesn't seem so bright for Bama either. it'll be a weird year in the West I think. Najee can be shut down, moreso than Clyde Edwards-Helaire can, but he does have more up the middle run skill than CEH. Alabama's receivers are better as a group, but gotta have a QB that can hit them semi-close lol.

don't you put that evil on us.

Gaaawga fans were making fun of me before the season when I told them they're gonna regret fromm over fields..but kirby didn't want to change his ways. Fields/Swift RPO good lord the issue's for opposing defenses.
