Official 2019 NCAA Football thread

What an exciting game! Classic college football craziness, especially throwing an interception while in the lead and continuing to pass interference on 4th down. This is why CFB is so great

I know the 2019 season just started, but while we were watching the Hurricraps vs. Floriduh it was pointed out to me how ridiculous the 2020 schedule is in November for Auburn/Alabama/A&M/LSU.

Look at this:

Auburn ends the season with LSU followed immediately by Alabama.
Alabama plays LSU, then UT Martin, then A&M, then Auburn in a 4 week span.
A&M plays Alabama, then ends the season with LSU.
LSU plays Alabama, South Carolina, Auburn, A&M.

holy November batman.

 

I also just realized LSU doesn't start their SEC West Schedule this year until literally the last 6 games. 100% of the end of the season is the SEC West Gauntlet. Good grief...

 

Ummm... LSU doesn't play USuCk.

I just signed up for the pick-em today. There weren't picks for the week 0 games, right?

Mullen was entirely too cheery in his post-game on-field interview after the trash performance his team put up. I was almost embarrassed for him the way he was yucking it up. They're 1-0, though, I guess. Surely they'll drop out of the top 10. Surely.

I kept wanting to turn the Hawaii game off, but they just wouldn't pull away. I'm glad I didn't with the way it ended. UH @ Manoa is one of the three places took college classes, so I watch here and there when I can.

Yea 6 turnovers wasn’t helping the bows out at all. They should have won by 40. Hope the find some ball discipline

 

I hated how happy he was after the game, too. His team played like trash. Sacked the QB 10 times, yet still should have lost. His QB played like trash, and trash talked the fans when they went up by 4 with a whole ball game left and he just got a talking to. Not even a stern talking to. Can you imagine if saban or Kirby or Jimbo saw their QB doing that? Or saban or kirby’s Postgame interview after a game like that?

 

talking heads were saying the winner will have great recruiting going forward- I think FSU is the winner
