Jim Chaney has moved to UT at the same position, just hope that Pittman stays put.

I think so. Pretty sure him and Pittman are buddies, hate to lose him.

Mike Bobo turned down a $100k raise after a 3-9 season at Colorado. Think he could be coming back as OC?

    *Colorado State. Colorado implies CU

Keep in mind his salary is still at 1.8 million... Big move nonetheless. It’s looking like they plan on keeping him around as head coach for now.

Losing Pittman would suck. He is hot comadity and a lot of programs want him. Certainly one of the best if not the best at what he does in college.

Well with Chaney leaving, should make a lot of UGA fans happy. I didn’t think bobo was that bad. ( granted my football knowledge has grown a lot since then and I’m finding more time to be involved in watching games, recruiting, and what nots) Bobo definitely made some bad calls. That I remember. I do also recall where several years UGA was averaging around 40+ points a game. I truly think no matter who is at OC will always be under scrutiny and constantly being criticized. I guess that comes with the postiton. Hopefully who we/UGA gets to fill that role will know how to utilize the talent to the fullest potential, not call bone headed calls on the goal line( like bobo did against usc when we had Gurley and cost us the game) and not get all conservative when we arecup in the natty or sec championship.

No doubt an awesome accomplishment and numbers.
Standing ovation for both Bama and Clemson seniors as they both have the same numbers here (Clemson with 4 conference titles)

@dwalden2 and @TacoDawgfan concerning Pittman. I saw something last night that suggested that We/UGA could have matched UT to attempt to keep Chaney but didn’t. The suspected reason was to offer Pittman more money and make him assistant head coach. The money figure I saw was 1.5 million a year making him the highest paid o line coach in college today and history.
