If you’re going to say OSU, TTU, KSU, and WVU are trash after being ranked in the top-1t to 20 at least quite a bit in the last decafe, and then say Auburn, Florida, and hilarious underperforming aTM teams are good.. bro.

I'm disregarding rankings entirely, what have OSU, Texas Tech, Kansas State, and WVU done that is even remotely worth mentioning in the last decade?

Florida and Auburn at least have NC's this century....and sorry but Texas A&M has been able to smoke any of them since Manziel was on the scene.

I just saw you mentioned Miss St too. Jesus Christ lol.

We’re going to disregard rankings because they don’t fit your argument? In that case, let’s talk about how good SMU used to be. Or claim PAC-12 relevancy because of what USC or Colorado used to be.

OU, UT, WVU, Baylor, TCU, and I think OSU have all been top-10 teams at one point or another for multiple weeks. OU, UT, and WVU have all won multiple BCS bowls as well.

baylor had a decent season when RG3 was there, but still couldn't finish. same for Oklahoma state in like 2011 when they honestly got snubbed out of the NC. I said OU is worth mentioning.

UT hasn't been relevant since Colt McCoy. TCU had a decent season in 2010 but nothing great. Tech had a decent season in like 2008 that nobody remembers.

I mean c'mon....the reason the other conferences hate the SEC being mentioned year in and year out as the best is because...ITS TRUE

and short of one off auburn seasons, Georgia collapses, and Florida going into misery, you have LSU and Alabama. And even LSU can’t finish.

See how that works both ways?

Only one I ever hear talking about the SEC in a gang-like affiliation is SEC fans. I rep my team, not my conference.

and that gives us the 1 mentionable B12 team, OU. The rest are bleh.

I don't rep the SEC, but someone (drifter) brought up the discussion that the SEC conference is cupcakes and since we don't play an extra game like the ever so tough b12 does that the SEC has it easier. that's the only time I discuss conference.

I hate half the SEC at least. LSU is the only one I want to win week in and week out.

I never said they all finish well, but the original comment from drifter was that the SEC has more cupcakes, and that's just false. year in and year out more than half the SEC finishes as high as or higher than the top 3 or so of the B12. the rest of the B12 is in the dismal abyss with the bottom of the SEC. you're just arguing successful seasons, and I'm arguing as a whole the B12 has more cupcakes IN the conference than the SEC does.

My point is it’s seasonal. The traditional SEC teams get the same love that USC, ND, Miami, PSU, etc get until they’re beat down in conference or by a nobody.

You’re arguing one off seasons, and then saying other conferences can’t do the same thing.

How many hot dogs can your fan base it? THAT DETERMINES IT NOW.

UT run JP out yet? Hell, Schiano wouldn’t have lost last week

I don't care what your point is? AGAIN the original comment was that the SEC has more cupcakes than the B12, and I refuted that. you somehow tried to change the topic because you're mad WVU is one of the cupcakes or something lol

We’re not good this season, you think I don’t know that?

You’re using a bogus argument to prove your point and I refuted it, and you’re just standing pat on it.

let’s not even get on general SEC OOC scheduling.

I could care less about SEC OOC scheduling, LSU's is good minus one single game. The other 3 all had 10 win seasons last year.

I'm not using a bogus argument, you just simply don't agree with the fact that the SEC is better as a whole conference than any of the other ones and has been for the past more than a decade or so.
