Joe Burrow is a human cheat code. Holy hell!

Congrats to La State on an all-time season. Thanks for doing what Bama couldn't do last year and stepping on Clemson's throats. I don't know if I could have handled an offseason of Dabo talking about 'little ol Clemson' getting no respect at 30-0.

Looking forward to next year, b/c that's all there is to do at this point.

Alabama kicks off in 235 days........

Alright, after a whopping 4 hours of sleep, a cup of coffee, and one hell of a night....here's my game analysis nobody asked for.

Clemson came out HOT. They were ready. That defensive 3-1-7 setup (that Auburn used as well) was awesome. I do believe that it worked so phenomenally because of field position, hats off to Clemson's punter! What a game changer early on. LSU was better off letting Clemson get a score so that they had to kickoff and get a starting line at the 25 instead of inside their own 5.

Skalski was a difference maker, the man wears an old fashioned neck brace for pete's sake. He was out there with 1 mission, be a MISSILE and lay out some hits, and he sure as hell did that. Nearly dropped Burrow for good. Correct call on the targeting, no doubt, and maybe not the game decider...but was a huge impact.

The "turning point", I think, was the 3rd & 19 PI call on Clemson. Again, correct call, but wow what a mistake on his part. I honestly think at that point in the game that the Clemson defense was getting gassed. They came out so hot, so aggressive that they wore themselves out. I could be wrong, but that's how it appeared to me. Everyone knows that when you all start getting tired, advantage goes to the offense.

Trevor Lawrence was not accurate. Period. The entire game. Clemson's receivers did an amazing job early on separating, making space, and just being wide ass open and he just tossed it to them. Easy pitch and catch all day it felt like, but when it came to tight coverage and needing pinpoint accuracy, T-Law did not deliver.

The refs sucked, period. On both sides. Missed PIs on both sides (moreso against LSU) and missed holds on both sides (moreso against Clemson). Hell, the PAC12 caught shit all season about how bad they were, why were they even allowed to be there? I DON'T think any single flag, or any single missed call was the game decider though, and I wouldn't have if LSU had lost. I never think the refs are THE REASON. Teams shouldn't let them be the reason, and LSU didn't.

Finally, holy moly Joe Burrow. What a guy. Yeah, it's only one season of success, but it's the best single season in HISTORY. That guy is accurate, slippery, fast, and tough as nails. He struggled early (and it cost him the single season completion percentage record) but that's to blame on his O-line, and with huge credit to Clemson's initial game plan and how well they executed. LSU will not, in any way possible, be next year what they are this year without Burrow. Impossible to replace him.

Where are all the haters at? LSU can't uproot Bama. LSU has a terrible defense. LSU only beat Auburn by 3. LSU hasn't played a defense like Georgia's. LSU hasn't played an offense like Oklahoma. LSU hasn't played a defense like Clemson. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. LSU proved EVERY hater WRONG! All season LSU fans took shit, mainly from teams that had done absolutely nothing better than LSU....and LSU shut them UP. SUCK THAT TIGER DICK BITCH.

What a freaking game, what a season, and what a team!

GEAUX TIGERS. LSU LSU LSU LSU!

Congrats LSU on a great season and the Championship!

Great job Auburn for holding the national champs to their lowest score all season and thanks a lot Gus for wasting a great defense on your offensive genius. How about hand it over to Chad Morris this year and stay outta his way?

Bama revenge tour starts today! Congrats to LSU on a well deserved natty and for shutting up Dabo with the little ol Clemson underdog talk. I love Dabo and think he is a hell of a coach but damn that was beating a dead horse. Also, I don't know if it was just catching lightning in a bottle or what but Burrow last year compared to Burrow this year ain't the same guy. If he can go to a team that has great recievers, strong running backs, and a genius OC, he will continue to have great success. If all those line up to what he had last year....gonna be a long year. Regardless, hell of a player and does seem to be a great kid.

As for now THIS year....with what Bama has returning, and what we have coming in I am STOKED to see what Bama can do this year. We have a brutal schedule to deal with but I hope we leave no doubt each week and hurt some damn feelings. Roll Tide and on to 18!

I love how everyone is thanking LSU for shutting Dabo up, but all LSU did is make the Clemson underdog thing even more legit next year

Had we won last night, we would no longer be able to play that card....but it will be back in 2020

    So thank LSU for that

    no doubt. 100%.

I'm loving this 1 hit wonder historic season, but I want them to get to something sustained like Clemson has.

Oh jesus clemson is becoming the new patriots if y'all keep up this energy. You're gonna sit here and tell me the team that won 2 of the last 4 championships 29 of 30 games blah blah blah and is returning the best QB is already an underdog? I guess the 2021 Vegas favorites at +200 are a YUGE underdog

IS LSU losing a lot of players this coming year? With big Dick joe leaving it is going to be very hard to come close to the 2019 team.

Congratulations LSU. Between T. Lawrence repeatedly overthrowing his receivers, and your DBs holding the inside arm of the receivers every time he was on target, your defense showed up and held Clemson to a pedestrian 234 yards. My wish was that both teams showed up but oh well you can't win them all (all 30 of them).

On to the 2020 season, this one is behind us.

    Go Tigers !!!
