Hate the expansion. Waters down the regular season. 3 loss teams will make it into the playoffs. If you lose 1/4 of your games, you don’t deserve to make the playoffs. Hate it with a passion.

A potential upside of 12 teams is hopefully we won’t ever have another self proclaimed national champion like UCF.

 

So it’s the 6 top seeded conference champs, so they’re including the G5 conferences, not just Power 5. So in a year like 2019, you’d have who? Memphis, who was ranked 17th in the selection week? Can’t wait.

I mean it makes as much sense as the B12 having multiple EST teams, or the SEC adding multiple B12 teams.

Geography means nothing. This is all a move to establish the CFP as the governing body of NCAAF.

 

That, and having a real playoff. If the 1-2 teams are truly that good, an extra game won’t be the end of them, or we can go back to the BCS when bowl games were actually good.

but, Lose 15 guys to the draft, only have 3 returning starters on defense…win 49-3 vs a top 12 team. Not a bad start
