I don’t think so. I think it’s a one game season for us at this point. Lose This weekend and I think we’re out. We won’t be in the SECCG if we lose so we won’t have another chance to have an impressive win. I also just don’t think penn st is that good. Maybe we get some help when LSU beats bama this weekend.

 

This is really starting to feel like a season where everything implodes during the back half of the season and EVERYONE will love it. HAHAHAH.

What's your take? Stopping TNs run is key - they are a run heavy team (347-251) and if we can do that with the front five its going to be a good day.

 

Im not concerned with stopping their run game. They have 2 good backs, but it’s the passing game that worries me. If we can get pressure on hooker we’ll be fine. Don’t give those big WRs time to get open down field. Really need carter to be as close to 100% as possible. Smith being gone is gonna be an issue. Not worried about Kelee and Starks, but not sure if Bullard can cover Hyatt or McCoy, whichever he gets stuck with. We’re gonna need our run game to step up so our defense can get a breather. All that depth isn’t gonna matter because they won’t be able to substitute much.

it’s gonna be interesting. #2 overall defense vs #1 scoring offense. But what everyone overlooks is UGA is the #6 scoring offense nationally.

Yep. As I said, since they rely on the run to set up the pass, stopping that with 5 makes them play our ball. They will get points - there is no doubt at all about that. Bring pressure ala Pitt while keeping the safeties back makes for a long day.
