NC State got to try out their brand new scoreboard for the first time today. Then it got hit by lightning.

And I hope Colorado makes the playoffs.

 

I have bad news for you.

 

I didn’t say I expect them to or that they will. I said I hope they do. They’re already 2/3 of the way to beating the O/U Vegas set for them. I’ll be a Colorado fan while Prime is there, for sure.

Haven’t been this excited about Colorado football in years. Of course Fox is taking advantage by staying in Boulder for the Rocky Mountain Showdown next Saturday.

Does anyone else think assessing a defensive penalty in the kickoff is dumb? These guys are kicking it through the end zone anyway - let alone with an extra 15 yards. Why not give the kicking team the option to kick it or make the offense start at thr 10?

 

And I just said I have bad news (for your hope). They’ve beaten a TCU team that lost talent (and got thrashed by Georgia with that talent..) and Nebraska. They’re fun to watch but I’d like to see them versus a team that’s good AND what it looks like when he’s had a year or two of recruiting. That’s when we’ll see how well he can compete in the P5(4?).
