If I requested time off that far in advance, then it got cancelled last minute for unknown reasons, I'd fucking burn this cock sucker to the ground

Yep....And the HR Director is in the same boat with us....Several of us are what is known as an "exempt employee". Essentially that means we can like it or leave it. And asshat knows JUST BARELY enough to do things in a way we have no legal recourse. If I was a bit younger, I'd take the leave it option in a heartbeat. I will eventually. Right now I just have to suck it up and keep my insurance until I'm fully vested in my wife's insurance plan. It won't be long. Meanwhile, I'm going to keep doing what I can to get this asshole run out of here. I'm starting to make headway with that. Board and executive officers are starting to feel the heat from a majority of the members. They don't like him either.

I don't have the patience Bill does. I would've already punched this idiot in the mouth, or be avoiding them at all costs.

25 years ago, I would have already dealt with him and probably just about be done with my prison sentence....:smack: The older, kinder, gentler version just walks away and ignores what I can.

I'm ALMOST at the point where I'll be turning over his contact info very soon. Gonna let a few people on here have a go at him!

We haven't seen or heard from him in 8 days. Rumors are starting to fly. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is......

We do have a policy of no vacations taken during peak season. However. I do have a couple aces up my sleeve. (Health issues) I will find a way. Jack ass ruining my lbl plans will see revenge.

Do, you the employee, see ANY benefit or perk whatsoever when it's mandatory to work during 'peak season'?

Yeah....It's called a job. We pay pretty good. Keeping a job here is not a bad deal. It's just all about working for a douche nozzle.
