But I have no idea what I'm doing. Especially with AAL.

Before their first lift, NO ONE knew what they were doing. Don't be intimidated. Just do it. Next day you can pose as a lift expert. Really....it's easy.

I'm from the Bobby Knight school of truck lifting. Or the Dale Earnhart school.

Like Dale would say, ,Wrap some kerosene soaked rags around your ankles so the ants don't crawl up your legs and eat your candy ass!

Seriously.....it's not that difficult. Just get started, take your time, do the front one day, do the rear on a second day. Then you'll be a full fledged cracker jack expert truck lifter.

Like I said, I did mine 10 days after prostate surgery while I was waiting on surgery for kidney cancer. Had stitches and staples in me. It wasn't fun, but it got done. You can do it if I did.

Other option: Throw all your shit in the bed of your truck, drive to Mt Washington this friday evening, camp in my back yard and be ready to try to keep up with a broken down old man starting @ sunrise Saturday morning. Will send you home that afternoon with a much taller truck.

Hmmm I was already planning a trip through West Virginia (Hatfield-McCoy trails with my dirtbike) and then heading to TN for some off-road parks. I am planning to take the last two weeks of June off so this could make the itinerary. Just need final sign-off from my boss :burnrubber:

    Okay...

Talked to my coworker/friend and I guess I finally harassed him enough to buckle. He says 2pm Saturday at his place. We'll see if he backs out at noon Saturday...

Would try and squeeze in the bumper, but it's not ready. Won't stop raining long enough to scuff/remove chipped n peeling coating, primer, then coat. Oh well.

I heard about it from my wife, my kids, a long list of friends, etc.

Mark it up as one MORE reason I don't get a hearing aid.
