Subscribed for future purchases. Is there any talk of price for this bushing and puller?

sized bearing = not enough oil. Did your seal went out? What oil you had in there.
Bearings don't seize in oil. (unless oil is some super cheap crap) To seize bearing you would have to run it with no oil for long period.

You tell me then. Front end was never touched that I know of until 90k. The oil began to leak about 2 days before I took it in. They said the same thing about the vehicle, accused me of neglecting it, saying my oil seal had been leaking for thousands of miles. Remember, this bearing has been bad for 40k miles.

for those of you that replaced the bearing.. did the problem resurface itself? i just lifted my truck and its moaning pretty bad from 30-40mph. it goes away in 4wd. Just tried the diff drop to help get a better angle on the Cv's.. that didnt work to well, actually made it worse. Theres a alot of slop where the cv goes into the diff.

I'll be happy if it lasts 12 months and then needs to be replaced

I was told via email by Chase that he expects the bushing to last the life of the vehicle. Obviously the proof is in the pudding but the materials and the design are expected to be quite robust...

Yep, came back in less than 1000 miles after I had my diff replaced. I think it's even worse now. I am only lifted with Eibachs too. This truck is really starting to bother me. Not even 2 years old and already sooooo many issues. Not major ones but just a bunch of little annoying ones. Something to be expected from Audi, VW or Mercedes lol

    You can say that again.

Im at about 2,500 miles post 2.5" lift and i'd say my vibes are getting a little worse. Also they seemed to move from 35-45mph to 30-40mph. :(
