I waited until my Tacoma was out of warranty to do the lift and magically the vibration showed up in mine as well. Just ordered the new bushing from ECGS and would appreciate it if I could rent/borrow the removal and install tools when it comes in.

I've got a two deep line currently.

Anyone else have a tool to loan and less line?

I am next in line for Unchained and no one is behind me currently. I will put you on the list of his set unless you find a different set on loan sooner.

Hey guys, noticed today that my front diff seems to be leaking from the driver side axle after doing the ECGS swap in June, put in a new seal as well. Any idea why this could be happening? Could it be that the bushing isn't in far enough? Anyone else have this problem?

Your seal didn't seat properly more than likely

Does anyone think it will be an issue if I didn't drive the bearing in 100% flush with the carrier? It was about 1/16th of an inch out, I was really worried about driving it too far and binding up the spider gears. I do still have a slight vibration from 5-20mph but it has definitely improved since the install.

Yeah I didn't do that on install, checked the fluid level yesterday and its still just below the fill hole, not a huge rush.... I'll see how my call to Toyota goes today, found a hole in my frame this weekend. Thanks for the help HB.

So All I'd have to do is disconnect the LCA and I can pull the shaft from the Diff? I need to replace the bearing and th eseal but was a little concerned with how much disassembly was required after the CV removal thread.
