I was at a local one here. I called tri county and asked how they would do it under warranty. They said I would have to bring it to them so they can measure some things. So I don't know if I want to make that haul. Just to have to replace it with the bushIng. But it is getting worst.

Case by case basis. I planned on doing mine at the same time, and I was glad I did since it had scoring all over it. Others have had pitting in theirs, while even others had no noticeable damage (in which case, it should be fine in Chase's bushing).

You wanna go in on the bushing n tool? We can have it shipped to either one of us, then if ya want, I got all the other tools we'll need to do it. We can knock it out at my place. Maybe see if any one else in our area wants to get in on that.

Ive got a 2010 that has a vibration from the front end as well. Mine seems to be opposite than everyone else cause it only vibrates when the four wheel drive is engaged at 60 to 70mph. I have a 6 inch ProComp lift and all I have is some shudder when first excelerating from a stand still. I did change the lift blocks to one that had a steeper angle and that got rid of most of the wheel hop. Anyways

The question is: Is anyone else having a vibration in 4WD? The truck only has 16k miles on it and never had it in 4WD before I lifted it so dont know if it had the vibration prior to the lift

Yeah that sounds good how ever you want to order them if you want to see how many people want to do it and then we pay you when we meet? I will definitely go in on the tool. I assume we will need diff fluid and a cv axel to do it right. How about the diff seal?

Well I'm going early Friday morning to have Chase install a bushing in my diff. Hopefully this will take the play out of the cv shaft and fix the vibs. Can't wait!!!

I have a Procomp 6" stage 2 lift. Alcan 6" rear leaf pack. I'm currently running 35's and with those heavy tires the vibration is not as noticeable but when I put it in 4x4 the vibration goes completely away so I know it's still there.

You may not need a new CV, but ya never know, but everything else you stated is a yes.

I'm not putting it into 4wd at that speed, the vibration occurs at that speed when it is in 4wd!!

What is a good place to order a cv axel and a front diff seal?

    Don't go 60mph in 4wd, then you won't have a vibration.

Well I'm looking at a 2008 Tacoma with a lift and when I first started to read this thread, I almost changed my mind, but now if Chase's bushing works, I'll keep the truck in mind. Good job, Chase!

Yeah that video from installing the bushing on my truck. He told me he was doing a video of the install. That was pretty cool seeing that. Seemed pretty straight forward.

Well my vibration with the 6"lift was more noticeable at 60+ and yes it is gone. No slop in the cv anymore.
