Its extremely nice! Feels great to get it done.

The bushing portion went well but I had an issues with the 90105-A0010 bolt. They attach the steering knuckle to the lower ball joint attachment. Circled in red below.
If you see the two bolts, the tops of the threads are completely gone. I had to buy two new bolts from Toyota to replace those as one of them would not catch the threads on reinstall.
I still had trouble getting one of the new ones in, so I removed the new one I installed first and the threads were gone from it too. Not sure if it was a manufacturing defect in knuckle or a cross thread in the past? No way this is normal..

    They were probably cross threaded.
You have to be really careful when installing them. I sometimes use a jack and help hold the LCA up into place so the bolt goes in “easier”. Geometry works against you.

A little tip a tech gave me was to lube the threads first. @Bishop84

Yep I lifted the LCA with a smaller jack to get the parts to meet seamlessly but it appears the damage was done by a previous owner or perhaps Toyota during the frame replacement.

Anyone remember the recommended gear oil to be used in the front diff after the ecgs bushing is installed?

do the needle bearings fail even if you don't have a lift? Been chasing a vibration for a while now that i thought was coming from the rear end but I'm thinking the needle bearing maybe the culprit. any improvement to just running a thicker 140 weight oil?

The needle bearing is in the front of your truck. So, if you’re experiencing vibrations from the rear…that’s not the issue.

Lift your front end up, grab the drivers side cv axle on the part that’s closest to the transmission and try to wiggle it back and fourth. If there’s play then you probably need to replace the needle bearing. If there’s no play then that’s probably not your problem.
