275/70 BFG KO2s on Method Grid wheels. Just went another few miles on a semi hilly dirt road without any rubbing.

Also, I forgot to mention I took the air dam off when I first bought the truck... and no mud flaps.

Just installed 275 today on stock sport wheels and suspension with 1.25 spidertrax.
Removed mudflaps and did not experience any rubbing on the drive home20170306_124520.jpg 20170306_124555.jpgthis is the front and back of the front tire wheel well at the closest it comes. Didnt rub when turning up into my driveway but people say it will touch. You should be fine with a mild lift. Im washing her right now ill take a good pic after

Do it you wont regret it. Even on stock suspension. Im surprised with windows up their as quiet as stock. I just have to lower the psi to around 36, they're rock hard n i feel every bump in the road

Did you have to run spacer for them to work?

The only spacer i used was wheel spacers 1.25 spidertrax, no lift like 1/4 toytec. Theyre far enough away from the uca. I put them on first so no clue if theyd touch without the spacer. If they start rubbing ill trim a tiny bit off till i get a 2" lift.

Are you by chance in the White Rock Lake area. Saw a truck that sounds exactly like yours and looks like my twin. Regards

Nice looking tacoma man your skid plate is a second gen skid plate correct? How hard was it to install? Is it plug and play or are any mods required to fit ?

ya man either existing hardware from 2nd gen skid or new longer bolts and youll need spacers between them to keep it off the bumper. the 2nd gen tranny skid fits perfectly also.
i was thinking of making it black, what do you think
