I’ve got the 275 Wildpeaks. Yes at 57 lbs they are heavy and I could definitely feel sluggishness. I’ve got OVTune now and it’s definitely helped.

That looks nice. So those are the FN/FX 17x8 on 275s? I currently have the OEM TRD 17x7 on 265s, but those replicas look nice and wider as well (so will be good when I go w/ a lift and 285s....I hear 17x7 might be 'iffy' with 285s). Are those the gloss grey I believe they're called? Also, the center cap...the black/white TRD looks cool. Can you share some more pics? thanks man.

Thanks man, yes they are 17x8 as opposed to the 17x7 SEMA wheel. Better if you’re planning on a 285 tire. The wheels are dark high gloss gunmetal. To me black wheels seem overdone and can get lost with the black tire. So I chose these and am glad I did. Read the FN Wheels thread and you’ll see there’s nothing but glowing reviews for Dustin and his customer service. The wheels are 0 offset and sit just about flush with the fender flares. The center caps are matched to the wheel. The TRD logo vinyl came from import equipment.comupload_2021-3-31_17-44-7.jpgupload_2021-3-31_17-43-3.jpgupload_2021-3-31_17-42-11.jpg

7309C205-1B2A-4C9C-AEBB-0D083A72130B.jpg Installed today and love the look. Tire is very aggressive looking compared to stock! Still with factory suspension, waiting for eibach to be back in stock! Rub is very minor with mud flaps off. I cut a small piece of plastic where it seemed to stick out a smidge. Only rubs in reverse while turning into driveway.

Eibach stage 1 lift 2.5 inch in front, icon mini pack AAL 1.5 in back, and Dirt King UCA’s, 275/70/17 Falken WP AT3’s. Got the KDMax tune 6.0 and it drives super nice after the tune.

A big improvement over stock for me. It was too mushy over bumps prior to the lift. Lots of residual motion after the bump. Now when I hit a bump it’s a smoothed out feeling and no residual floating feeling if that make sense.

So I pulled the trigger on a new 21 TRD Sport Manual ArmyGreen. Having them throw in a set of KO2's 275 70 r17. Decided to go with the TRD Lift for warranty sake. $$though. 275 70's seem to be the sweet spot for me for tire size. Not to big. Creates a great stance. Etc.

Very excited for next week. Should be a sweet truck.

just in the process of buying a 2021 TRD sport and have them putting on the the TRD Pro black wheels 17 x 7 and was thinking of putting some 275/70/R17 KO2 tires one them, think there will be any issues with rubbing? they want to put 265/65/R17 but looking for a more aggressive look. from what I have seen on this thread, think they should fit with out rubbing but little nervous to say for sure they wont.

It's a heavy tire (E rated) but lots of people run them. Look at 265/70/17 if you're switching tires for purely aesthetics reasons.

Without any lift I’m guessing you’ll rub. Went 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks but I lifted and have no rubbing issues.

I fit them at full stuff and steering lock with 4runner TRD pro wheels. Nokian Rotiiva AT PLUS so no sidewall lugs and that kind of silly stuff

I currently have 265/70/17 WildPeak ATs on TRD SEMA (17x7) on stock 2019 Off-Road suspension, and as you can see in the pic, it is really close to rubbing. I was thinking to go 275s but I think it will definitely rub (and I want to avoid doing any 'cutting'). So hoping to order my suspension lift-kit this week, where I think I will be able to clear 285s on these same TRD SEMA wheels. IMG_3355.jpg IMG_3249.jpg

A lift won't fix the rubbing, it will just make it happen when the suspension is compressed however much you lift it. I don't think 285s on 7" wheels is kosher.
