    shackles are good. only problem is exhaust clearance but if you cut it off right above the axle youll be fine. the deaver f85 is a good aal 3 leaf pack that replaces the overload spring. im doing that soon when money permits. beefed taco sells lift shackles hes in the vendors section. pretty cool guy ive talked to him about some things i want to get and he explained things very well. and whatever you do dont do a short aal its way to stiff imo..

    finished the satoshi by adding the tacoma badge I really like the final look of it. I may try a plastidip eyelid as well to help tie things together.

    Return those spacers man. I hate mine. You'll get a little lift but the trade offs aren't worth it. I think they were designed primarily for the 98-00's b/c they didn't come anywhere close to leveling my truck (I think there was less difference in height front to back than in 01-04). I would be a little worried about rubbing without them but they really decrease the amount of travel you have. If I hit a speed bump at about 15mph I bottom out. I kick myself for not getting spindles all the time. I paid $260 to have them install the spacers anyway so its not like I saved that much money.

    damn they ended up costing you more than they are worth! Thanks for the advice man appreciate it. I'm definitely gonna save money and go with the spindle lift man. I hate seeing my taco all low

    good man! I don't really know a whole lot on lifting so I need all the help I can get. my 5 lug has given me plenty of headaches though trying to lift it and every time I go to the shop to ask for a lift they reject me because its a 5 lug man it sucks

    it depends on how old your coils are/ mileage as well. mine was close to level but these coils have 122k on them. time for new ones :D

    from what i have seen the 01 to 04 are alot worse of a stink bug look. its either they used better leaf springs or some horrible coils. toyota is known for both sagging very quickly. if you ever plan on doing the spindles get a set of new coils and youll be set :thumbsup:

    i will start a build thread when i rebuild my front end. i was stupid enough to not take pictures of the install :/ lol. when do you plan on picking up your spindles?
