What kind of rims did you get? I am going to get 33"s as well when my tires go bald, need to re-gear and get new rims first though.

Hope you're ready to hand over your money for that re-gear :quickdraw: Let me know how it goes, I've considered doing that to my 1st gen.

I took this picture the other day right after I got my new tires. I hadn't taken out the 100 lbs of sandbags yet.

Here's another shot with the sandbags removed:

My 'ol plain jane '10 Tacoma with soft-topper. Going up to Colorado I got 23-24 mpg...coming home it was 27-28 mpg...not to bad for a 4x4, loaded with camping gear.

Had my truck almost two months and could not love it any more. I've changed the few things I did not like about it.(Wheels and tires) I think I'm a satoshi away from being done with it untill it's paid off.

Looks nice John. You just think you will be done modding until the Tacoma is paid off. ;)

Are you going to color match the grill surround when you do the satoshi?

I want a nice paint job when I do mine. I plan on talking to my local dealership to see if they will cut a deal. I am willing to wait until they paint another vehicle BSP and see if I can tag along and have the grille surround painted at a reduced rate.

One this I know is that it does not cost anything to ask.

Oh yeah.....and the mirrors.:D The nice thing is that even though I no longer work at a bodyshop I still have a friend that will let me use his to do the work myself.
I really want to LT it after it's paid off even though there few places to use it here in Ohio. I want to do just to say I did and for the few occasions I could actually use it. I guess I'd just have to make a few road trips to meet up with some of the west coast guys.
