I bought a complete third member from eastcoasrgearsupply.com .. It was 2100.00 bucks and took about 4hrs minus the compressor mod. i went slow so no fuck ups truck had 15,000 miles. I lost 12 mpg. with gear change. 5th gear @60 was getting 30mpg after gear change 5th gear @60 18mpg . i would try the junk yards for a rear diff i had found one a week after i made my change at a local u pull it was on a t100 4x4 (no locker).. Thought about taking it any way as a spare but left it . it was back in July so its probably gone. but it was under 100.00 bucks . it is quicker but you shift more sooner. if you wanting to go slow of the pavement it was a big difference it will coast up the bridges here in fl. and on 75 you in the RIGHT lane unless you like revving high. but you could pick a higher gear i went with 4.56 to tow heavy trailer. The spacer kit Yes much better looking do that first cheap and can be done in a Saturday plus alignment. I had to get a spring compressor kit from autozone to 180 the top plate on the strut. i went with the longer aal to get a better ride but it didnt work to well on lift for my truck cause of all my weight so im adding the short one as well ill have two aal. And thank you on the complements.

Took the Taco to go shooting with my good friends (I'm on the very right). God bless the Second Amendment.

I am not sure what exact year the ranger was... Probably a mid 2000's truck. I used four C clamps that I had at home to attach the cap. I really liked having the cap on the back but it just did not fit the greatest. The only disadvantages of having the cap on were a huge blind spot on the drivers side and loss of about 1mpg on longer trips.

Oops! Sorry I forgot to reply. Those bolts are only for looks and can fit firmly without drilling on the side of your truck, but you can drill them on the side if you'd like!

Got it lifted and aligned at work last night. 2.75 inch ccm offroad and performance spacer. Wasn't too sure about buying it on eBay because I've never heard any of the 5 lug guys mention anything other than fat bobs and ready lift, but I went for it and am more than happy!:)
