Thanks for the pictures. So are these just longer than oem ones or is there a different bend to it as well. What if you just cut and add an extension to a junkyard set? I was thinking the same for a spindle too.

I had to buy a OTC Front end service kit to take the ball joint out without damaging it. And a new torque wrench . Cause I broke the one I had using it as a breaker bar. It now jumps gears so not very accurate. So I'm waiting on that to come in mail before I can do any work. So it will maybe happen this weekend. Then I'll give you some pics of stock over aftermarket and you can get a visual. But I would say ya your guessing right longer.

Hey, so I'm going to just swap my stock(black) struts for 4600s(yellow). Does anyone know if there are aftermarket shock coils for the 5 lug?[IMG]

Switch my Readylift 2.75 to a 3in spacer
    IMG_1336.jpg

I didn't take a pic of the measurements, but after the stronger strut and spacer. I gained about 3/4in.

Just an eBay brand called Lift Option.

21 1/2in from Center Hub to fender. Second pic looks off, but just the angle of the picture.

35 1/2in from ground to fender.

I'm interested in knowing if the first gen strut fits in our 5 lugs lol with stock control arms sometimes I feel like a phony with a spacer lift

so in the last pic the uniball bolt was 1" from rim so looks like if you had 15" wheels with +20 for more off set they would rub. haven't bothered to mess with the struts yet . still have spacer. plus i painted the so when there dirty they look stock. other then the red bushing but i found then in black.

    NEED HELP

I guess I didn't tighten one of my UCA bolts enough awhile back and it fell off today when I hit a speed bump. Left part of my Passenger side UCA came off causing my truck to veer left. Nothing broke though. Was able to Mcgyver some parts together to get my truck home.

Found the bolt, but what is the square nut called so I can get a replacement?

You'll never get them back out if you use red loctite. I didn't use anything on mine over a year ago.
