Hey folks I am a new owner. I have been a board member since I decided I have to have a TACO. 2 weeks ago i finally was able to get my hands on a 06 dc prerunner TRDoff road. I love it! In the 2 weeks since purchase I have installed 5100's all around and wheels/tires.

Anywho I would be interested in going on this and meeting you all however I am new to trail driving/off roading and would like to know if this would be a little out of my league. I would not want to burden the group or become a pain in the ass. any info someone could provide via PM or whatever would be much appreciated. my apologies if i should have posted new member "hello" elsewhere.

    thanks
    Gunny

+1. You'll be fine, the main paths we take you should have absolutely no problem with, should just be a nice scenic drive that requires high clearance but not to much of a traction issue. There's some difficult obstacles but those are optional for the morons... er psychopaths among us :D

    Welcome from Yuma,
What rim and tire combo did you go with? as long as its not 20 inch rims, you should be good.
I just got my 5100's Billys and want to test them out on this trail.

You won't have any issues at all, the only way to learn is jump and practice hands on. Besides we will have more than enough 4x4 guys to watch all you prerunners, and if you get stuck lend a helping hand :D.

Oh and welcome to the group!

X2 sign up and come out to meet some of us before hand. Makes the wheeling trip that mutch more fun.

And you know that you'll be one of those "psychopaths" along with me :)

    It's a shell station with a danny's car-wash. (I work like 2 miles away from there)

Easy to find, not alot of room for 20+ tacomas at the station itself, but plenty of room across the lot by the Lowes garden center.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Just a bunch of old crap
Or, on the same corner just behind the Shell station is a McDonald's that is in an Albertson's parking lot. Lots of room for plenty of trucks to line up and head out. Straight across the street due West is a bagel shop with enough parking, too.

I am down for this... Tim

Pencil me in...I plan on bringing some weapons if everyone is cool with that....and we have a place to shoot that is LEGAL and SAFE!!

I will be happy to share my guns if you bring your own ammo!

2x AR-15's..one long barrel for the "reach out and touch someone" shots. The other is configured like my service M-4 minus the party mode.

    1 Springfield XD .45.
