Rubbing alcohol works great, too. Put some on a papertowel and it will come off. Of course, you will have to wax it again...

I want the aerospace 303 and the meguires clay bar kit. Auto geek doesnt have them both in stock. Any other places online you can recommend?

or something that compares to the clay bar kit relatively the same price?

For 303 check a local boat store if one is close by. Try the Mothers clay bar kit at any auto parts store.

I am not a fan of the wet shine as most will sling off on to your Tacoma. I prefer the clean black satin look of Zaino tire shine.

What would you guys recommend for cleaning oxidized/foggy headlights? I tried some Turtle Wax brand headlight cleaner and it did pretty much nothing. What would a better alternative be?

I use some polishing compound and a 4" orange pad.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
If the wheels are painted with clear coat, use wax/polish you would normally use on the paint of the truck itself.

Do you wash your cleaning mits, drying towels, and micofibers a certain way? Or just through in the wash with other towels also do you dry them?

there are no dumb questions on tw:rolleyes: I bought a plastic two-stepped one-piece stepladder at lowes for such purpose. I have several metal ones, but didn't want to risk scratching the truck with them. I actually cut up some benchpad and glued it to the bottom of the stepladder to avoid it's moving when leaning over the hood as had happened prior. hope this helps:)

is there a preferred method for removing wax from trim items? I have a few trim items that got a little wax on them a few months ago. Didn't notice at the time of wax but it has showed up later. Washing and rubbing has not removed it.

I have a really nice wooden stool that that I use when working on roofs of vehicles. It would work for your hood problem. I would not wear a belt without an apron covering the buckle.

It will last a while a little goes a long way... It don't take much of it to do a taco..
I also use the small 4oz bottle of the crystal sealant, and I've done my truck with two coats as well as the wife's highlander.... And still have plenty left... To give ya idea of how far it goes...
