Hold on guys...I hate to be the bearer of bad news. It appears you can only legally ship alcohol if one is licensed to sell alcohol and one must have an alcohol shippers contract. USPS does not allow shipment of any alcohol. Also, there are states that do not permit shipments of alcohol to residents - PA, TX, MA, UT, MD, DE, AR, OK, MT, ME, SD, KY, AK, HI, WV & MS (some specify distilled products - check your state laws carefully.)
That being said, many still do, but you could be getting your buddy in trouble, and yourself. Maybe, it's best to share beer at a get together.

Oregon has a TON of awesome beer. Bend has an insane amount of breweries for its size. The favorite beer of central oregon is for sure Boneyard RPM which is a IPA. I own a restaurant here in town and we sell 5 boneyards to every other beer. Most of the time when locals ask what beer you have on tap as soon as you say RPM they just stop you mid sentence....

 

Deschutes makes good beer. A lot of people here tend to stay away because they "have gotten to big". But they have a really good thing going for them, pretty cool company to work for from what i hear.

 

RPM is great! ever had and of Ft George? Vortex IPA is the best!

 

Talked on SD threads last year, a bit, then dozed off. Been mainly on the tech and maintenance threads.

7/11 on Riverford Dr and Riverview Dr. Maybe the 7/11 two blocks N, but haven't gone in there yet. I think it was the Gunfigher; will correct after work if different. It was a bit pricey, but I'll support a local brewery anytime. Wings n Things in Santee carries the Pizza Port; I'm there every Tu night with my daughter. They carried Manzanita Riverwalk - it was good too, but they are on their last keg now that Manzanita stopped brewing.

Oh yea haven't seen but 2 people from east county so when I do I get excited haha. Yea man ima have to check that out I knew they had cans at the brewery just haven't seen them in stores so I'm glad they are getting it out there gun fighter is a good beer. I haven't had pizza port though they have a brewery in down town I'd like to go check out heard it's bomb shit. And I'm curious why manzanita is going out of business their blinds ale was some bomb shit

Pizza Port has excellent pizza too - prob is, it's open dining area and it's loud. Best get to go. Only been to OB though.
